Eileen Harris (PhD, PCC)
Dr. Harris is a highly experienced, international executive coach, (certified by the International Coaching Federation) and leadership development trainer, who has worked with Fortune 500 companies including Nestle, General Electric, Royal Bank of Scotland, SunLife Financial, Pfizer, and AstraZeneca for over 15 years. Her passion for neuroscience and its application to leadership development has been a cornerstone of her work and has taken her around the globe delivering her expertise.
With her highly developed cultural awareness, empathetic nature, and engaging humor, Eileen adeptly integrates theory and practice to help clients create evidence-based strategies and accountability plans. The leadership development course she helped deliver garnered such impressive results that a single company alone put 42 cohorts of 20 individuals each through the program- that’s almost 1000 women!
As an international presenter, researcher, teacher, business owner, executive coach, fitness instructor, and creativity trainer, Eileen's approach is informed by a broad range of expertise. She has taught a range of university courses in the Faculties of Engineering, Business, and Arts and Social Sciences. She brings this wealth of knowledge and experience to her coaching and training work, which is further enhanced by her successful track record of growing a start-up into a two-million-dollar company in just six years.
Her coaching sessions are guaranteed to result in many "aha" moments and the development of new skills that lead to meaningful outcomes.
Finally, Eileen's experience coaching both men and women provides her with a unique perspective on the differences between male and female leaders which allows her to customize her approach to best support the needs of her female clients.
